Instructions:
1. Highlight the below box [table] then press copy. Usually by
pressing the right mouse key and then click on copy.
2. Open your e-mail program.
3. In the body of your e-mail message, place your cursor then click on
edit, then paste.
4. Fill in the blank boxes on the right with the information shown on the
left.
5. Send your e-mail to tax@sjbosco.com.
